The starting point.
A platform connecting people with verified professionals to handle administrative paperwork in Peru, with requests, payments, tracking and document delivery from their phones.
Obtaining a document can involve travel, queues and coordination with different public agencies. The challenge was to bring clients and professionals together in an experience that makes it possible to choose a service, delegate it and track progress through delivery.

What we built.
We built an application that connects requests with verified professionals and brings the process together: a service catalog, payment, digital authorization, coordination and delivery within the platform.

Documents from agencies such as RENIEC, SUNARP and Migraciones, organized by category with cost and delivery information before confirmation.
Connection with verified professionals
Professionals receive and accept requests through the platform. Clients can coordinate with their assigned professional and follow progress.
Digital authorization and in-app payments
Authorization using an email code, with card and Yape payments. The platform holds payment until the document is delivered.
Document delivery and history
Documents arrive in the application history and can be downloaded during the available period. The workflow also supports claims with supporting evidence.
